Sent my girlfriend back home yesterday, so I guess it is time to get back into my regular routine. My picture of the day for Day 164 is Buddy and I relaxing before we get back to work.

Today’s picture of the day shows some interesting marketing. Judging by the sign, they tried to rent the house for $800 a month if you got a one year lease. Apparently, then did not work so they raised the rent to $1,750 a month. House remains vacant. Surprised?
