Day 166 of my picture a day and a nice day it was. Buddy and I decided to spend a little time outside and enjoy watching the world as it passed by. Apparently, Buddy saw something that looked delicious to him.

Sent my girlfriend back home yesterday, so I guess it is time to get back into my regular routine. My picture of the day for Day 164 is Buddy and I relaxing before we get back to work. Today’s picture of the day shows some interesting marketing. Judging by the sign, they tried to rent the house for $800 a month if you got a one year lease. Apparently, then did not work so they raised the rent to $1,750 a month. House remains vacant. Surprised?

When Tanya comes to visit, I try to mix it up with the places we eat. Some places I have introduced her to have become regular stops when she is in town. One place we were both recently introduced to is Itzik Hagadol Grill. Delicious food, but a long drive, so we have only been there three or four times. Made it home from Las Vegas in one piece. The ride out there gave us temperatures close to 120. The hottest it ever got on the way home was 92. Definitely a better ride, even when it dropped to 60. Anyway, here are my pictures of the day for the last three days. Day 160 is Tanya and me on the way to The Player’s Ball, which we co-sponsored. It featured rapper, Too Short. Haircut and a shave for Day 154

Went to see Linda today for a haircut and a beard trim. Linda owns Hair Mechanicxs in Hermosa Beach. Linda has been cutting my hair for over 25 years. I do not let anyone else near me with a pair of shears. This is day 154 of my picture a day, and shows the end results of Linda’s work.

Video of the climb up Generals Highway in Sequoia National Park. This was taken on my ride there last Sunday. It was very cool as every time I went around a turn you could see just how high the road was climbing, and it provided a spectacular view. While I would have enjoyed having my girlfriend with me, I have a feeling her fear of heights would have resulted in her fingernails being permanently embedded in either me or the back seat of the Limited. Filmed with a ContourHD helmet cam.
