I have got the fever

Again. The last time I caught this fever it took a month to do anything about it. This morning, while taking Buddy for his morning stroll I discovered that a new bike shop opened up a couple blocks away from me. They sell used bikes, but that may just work for my scenario. Today’s Project 365 photo is of the possible new home for one of my bikes.

There is no place like home

Lots of clichés come to mind after a long road trip, and many of them apply. This was the longest journey I ever did. Was a blast. Today is Day 127 of Project 365, and the photo is the beginning of our “we made it” celebration.

One Month On the Road

One month ago, Tanya and I left LA for Phoenix. We have been together 24/7 since then. We have driven about 7,500 miles and visited 20 states. It is a good thing we get along so well. No fights! It is day 126 of Project 365, and today’s daily photo is of the two of us overlooking Lake Tahoe.

Road Dogs

Prior to April, the furthest Buddy had ever traveled in my car was 200 miles round trip. Today’s daily photo for Project 365 is a picture of Buddy and I in northern Utah, after more than 7,000 miles together. He is definitely a great road dog.

Project 365 – April 2010

Project 365 – April [adrotate group=”6″] Photos From April 2010 What a great month. I am really thankful that I have Project 365 there to help me remember all the places I went in April. We had AZ, NV, UT, NM, CO, OK, TX, LA, MS, AR, TN, KY, MO, NE, IA, IN, SD and KS. Drove over 5,000 miles, went to at least five National Parks, a bunch of state parks and so much more. Great month for sure. [adrotate group=”1″]

Unexpected Surprise, Day 121 of Project 365

Got an early start this morning on our way to the Badlands. As we approached I-90 we saw a sign for J&L Harley-Davidson in Sioux Falls, SD. We decided to stop by and pick up a couple t-shirts. To my surprise they were giving free demo rides of the new Harleys. I inquired and the next group was heading out in 15 minutes. I was on it like white on rice. Today’s photo is me riding on a 2010 Harley-Davidson Limited. Great bike and a great way to start the day.
