Long day yesterday, which is why this post is a day late. I started the day off at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for a saline drip. Apparently, I am not as young as I used to be and with the extreme heat I had been dealing with I got severely dehydrated. I thought I had been drinking enough water along the way, but I guess not.

My picture of the day for day 224 is of two gentlemen I met at Mule Creek Junction, WY. They were with a group called Free Ice Water Services and they were providing free ice water to travelers passing through. As I will never pass on free water again, I took them up on their offer. Thanks, guys.
