I have to admit, I never gave much thought to what a difficult job Punxsutawney Phil has. February is a terrible month to try and see your own shadow. I live in Southern California and it has been a real chore to try and get my shadow every day. I can only imagine that the difficulty level is extremely high in southeastern Pennsylvania.
