These photos are from our Business and Beer gathering with Meetup last Thursday, May 9, at The Brewery at Abigaile. I cannot really say why I am just now getting around to posting the photos, other than it was a busy weekend. The Brewery at Abigaile is my favorite brewpub and is located in Hermosa Beach. I was introduced to them one year ago and became an instant fan. Last Thursday was a special evening at Abigaile in that they were doing a food pairing with Beachwood BBQ & Brewing from Long Beach and they are another of my favorite local brewers, so it was a very good night to be at Abigaile.
Out turnout was not great, but we did get a couple new attendees that came as a direct result of our involvement with Meetup. I guess it should figure that as soon as I announce that we are going to drop Meetup, more people using them would show up. You can read more about the event on BusinessNBeer.com.
