So, I wanted to participate in this fundraiser put on by the Movember Foundation, which is raising funds for and awareness of mens health issues, specifically prostate and testicular cancer. The catch was that you had to start off clean shaven, something I had not been since 1971! After a little thought, and talks with Tanya and another friend, I put the word out that if I raised $1,000 I would shave it all off. 45 hours later the goal was met.
