These photos were taken last night, December 3, 2012 at the Ballast Point Tap Takeover which was held at Brewco, Manhattan Beach. Ballast Point Brewing is a micro brewery located in San Diego, CA. Brewco is a gastropub that offers about 25 different bottled beers along with 30 beers on tap. Last night, for the tap takeover, Ballast Point provided eight of their beers on tap. The beers they brought were Longfin Lager, Calico Amber, Sculpin IPA, Schooner APA, Barrel Aged Piper Down Ale, Thai Chili Wahoo Wheat, 2011 Aged Victory at Sea and Sextant Stout (nitro). Anyone that purchased a pint of Ballast Point received a free glass to take home. We started off by getting two flights, so we could have a sample of each of the eight featured brews.
